January 2024 Update from Peter in Tanzania

We thank God we had a good retreating seminar with our DI leaders! We had seven DI leaders from other regions though other did not join the retreat because of the budget, hopefully next time we shall have zonely retreat seminar this will help all leaders to join .

During this retreat the total of 21 participants joined the training and our training was based on WHEEL ILLUSTRATION, BRIDGE ILLUSTRATION, HOW TO MEDITATE AND MEMORIZE VERSES AND HOW TO HAVE A QUITE TIME WITH GOD (A.C.T.S), also we taught how to use the DI materials (books) from book 1-6.

Challenge seen

The great challenge is the printing of materials, the printing cost is high charged, so the solution is to have a printing machine so that we can print many books as we can and sent on time to ongoing classes through buses and other means.

Impacts

We have received requests to some pastors who joined the training, they want to start the DI program to their churches, so they are just waiting for the books and orientation course to start the program, three pastors need to have this program into their churches.

Once again I would like to thank brother Sylvester from Manee Kenya for joining me, he was a real blessing to me and the class, and he shared to me a lot of experiences and advices on how to run this program effectively in Tanzania.

Lastly is to give my appreciation and thankful heart to DI Canada for the endless prayer and fund support, May God Bless you.

Pastor Peter

DI Coordinator Tanzania
